In this guide, you will find detailed instructions on how to publish products on ZADAX and tips to help your product reach a wider audience.
💡 Important Note (Beta): Our platform is currently in the Beta phase. During this process, only products priced at 0.00 TL (Free) are allowed to be published and downloaded.
Before you can start adding products, you must become a "Developer."
Go to your profile and click the "Become a Developer" button to submit your application.
Your application will be reviewed by our admin team. Once approved, you will see the "Developer" badge on your profile and gain access to the Developer Dashboard.
Click on the profile icon in the top right menu and select the "Developer Dashboard" tab. This is your "laboratory" where you can view your product statistics, add new products, and update existing ones.
Click the "Add New Product" button to start the process. You will be presented with a bilingual (Turkish and English) form:
Multilingual Content: ZADAX is a global marketplace. We strongly recommend filling in the product title and description in both the Turkish and English tabs.
Rich Text Editor: Use the description section to provide a detailed explanation of what your product does, using code blocks, lists, and bold text.
Category Selection: Choose the discipline (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, etc.) that your product addresses.

Specifying which software your product works with is critical for user trust:
Software: Is your product Revit, AutoCAD, or Excel-based?
Version Support: Mark the supported versions, such as "Revit 2022, 2023, 2024."
License Type: Choose from Demo, Full Version, or Open Source options that best fit your product.
People see first and read later. Make your product shine:
Cover Image: Upload a clean, high-resolution image that reflects the purpose of your product.
Screenshots: Include screenshots from within the software to show users the interface.
Product File: File management on ZADAX is cloud-based and secure. Simply upload your product to your own storage space (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and paste this link into the "External Download Link" field on the form. Our system will direct users directly to these secure locations.
ZADAX presents your products to search engines and AI bots in the best possible way:
Custom SEO Settings: You can provide manual control by filling in the SEO fields at the bottom of the form.
Automatic Smart SEO: If you leave these fields blank, don't worry! Our system will instantly generate SEO titles and descriptions automatically and powered by AI based on your title and description.
Automatic Ping: As soon as your product is approved, notifications are automatically sent to Bing, Google, and Yandex!
When you save your product as "Published," it will be submitted for admin approval.
Draft: Save as "Draft" if you want to continue working on it (Admins won't see it).
Publish: Select "Publish" when you are ready.
Approval: Our admin team will approve your product after a brief technical review. You will receive a notification once it is approved.
