MARKETING CONSENT FORM 

1. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT (EXPLICIT CONSENT) 

1.1 Consent Declaration: "I hereby consent to being sent commercial electronic communications (e-mail, notifications) by the Zadax Store regarding new engineering tools, updates, Blog content, Hive announcements, and platform-specific campaigns ; and I accept the processing of my personal data for this purpose within the framework of the Privacy Policy."

2. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND EASY OPT-OUT 

• 2.1 Right to Opt-out: The User has the right to opt-out of the marketing list at any time without providing any justification.
• 2.2 Methods: 
  • One-Click Unsubscribe: Via the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of every marketing e-mail sent.
  • Profile Settings: Through the user panel / communication preferences tab on the Platform.
  • Direct Contact: Via written notification sent to [E-mail Address].

3. DATA PROCESSING AND SHARING PRINCIPLES 

• 3.1 Purpose Limitation: Marketing data (e-mail address, name, interests) are processed solely to inform the user and improve the Platform experience.
• 3.2 Third-Party Partners: Zadax may work with professional infrastructure providers (e.g., SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc.) to perform e-mail deliveries. In such cases, data is shared only for the purpose of communication delivery and under the data security commitment of the relevant service provider.
• 3.3 Transactional Emails: This consent does not cover "Transactional Emails" to be sent regarding the basic operation of the platform (password reset, purchase confirmation, security alerts) ; these e-mails will continue to be sent regardless of consent.

4. RETENTION PERIOD AND BURDEN OF PROOF 

• 4.1 Retention Period: Marketing consent is valid until the user withdraws their consent.
• 4.2 Legal Archiving: When a user withdraws their consent, Zadax immediately ceases using this data for marketing purposes. However, pursuant to legislation (CMS - Message Management System / IYS), it is obliged to store the approval/rejection records and logs of the rejection notification for 3 years from the date consent was withdrawn for proof purposes.

5. SECURITY AND RIGHT TO AMEND 

• 5.1 Data Security: The data collected in the consent form is subject to the Platform's general security standards (SSL, encryption, etc.) and is protected against unauthorized access.
• 5.2 Update: Zadax may update this form at any time to ensure compliance with changes in legal legislation. The current form is effective from the moment it is published.
